REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, or they are damaged in transit, we will gladly either exchange them, or offer a full refund, including the cost of return postage.  We must however receive the returned items, in good condition, within 14 days of despatch. Goods should be well packed & must be sent by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.  This applies to all of our products.
